EFFECTIVE JANUARY 1, 2024 the County Clerk's office will no longer be charging the $1.00 courthouse security fee. Senate Bill No. 1612 repealed this fee under LGC Chapter 291.
The new fee for recording in the Official Public Records will be $15.00 for the first page and $4.00 for each additional page.
This effects the fees for OPR Recordings, DBA's, Cattle Brands, Marriage Licenses, Informal Marriage Licenses, Birth & Death Certificates and Notice of Trustee’s Sales
Fee Schedule
- $3.00 for the Notice
- $1.00 per each file Stamp copy.
Original File Notice gets filed in the County Clerk's Office, the Trustee posts a file stamp copy on the Public Notice board, and we will file stamp any additional copies you have.
Walk In only. The County Clerk's Office does NOT post the Foreclosure Notices.
