If you make a payment WITHOUT requesting a dismissal option such as defensive driving or deferred disposition, the court will enter a conviction against you. Please review and submit a plead guilty form before making a payment.

  • If you would like to schedule a marriage ceremony with Judge Karisch, please contact our office by email or by calling (979) 826-7745.

    Your marriage license may be obtained from the Waller County Clerk's Office.  The license must be issued at least 72 hours prior to your ceremony unless a judge has signed a waiver.
