Waller County Court-at-Law Two
has the general jurisdiction of a Texas District Court AND a Texas County Court-at-Law.
Misdemeanor cases and some felony cases are heard in County Court-at-Law Number Two.
Most civil cases filed with the District Clerk or the County Clerk are heard in County Court-at-Law Number Two.
Contested probate cases are heard in County Court-at-Law Number Two.
Uncontested probate cases are heard in the Constitutional County Court of Waller County, Judge Trey Duhon, Presiding.
No family law cases are heard in County Court-at-Law Two absent special circumstances.
