Commissioner Justin Beckendorff first took office on January 1, 2015, was reelected in 2018, and is currently running for reelection as the Waller County Precinct 4 Commissioner. Precinct 4 encompasses the south end of Waller County, to include Katy, Brookshire, Pattison, and Fulshear.
Commissioner Beckendorff is a lifelong Waller County resident with deep ties to the community, having friends and relatives who have served the public in numerous capacities for generations. Commissioner Beckendorff attended Katy High School and went on to Texas A&M, where he earned his undergraduate degree in 2004.
Prior to serving as County Commissioner, Commissioner Beckendorff worked as a business development manager and worked for his family business. Commissioner Beckendorff is married with two daughters and a son who loves his daddy’s tractor.
