The Waller County Tax Office provides multiple services to Waller County RESIDENTS ONLY:

• Motor Vehicle Registration and Titles
• Property Taxes
• Beer and Liquor License

To Renew Registration, You Must Provide the Following State Required Documents

• Registration Renewal
• Current Insurance Id Card
• Ag/Timber Exemption Card If Farm Plates
• Texas DL/ID Must have Waller County Address on it

No renewal form and the vehicles are not in your name you will need to provide the following state required documents

• Release Of Personal Information (VTR-386) if you do not share the same name as the owner of the vehicle.
• A Copy of the driver license of the owner of the vehicle
• Your Driver’s License
• Current Insurance Id Card and License Plate number
• Ag/Timber Exemption Card If Farm Plates
