Description:

SEDALCO, Inc., Design-Builder for Waller County, invites your firm to propose on the New Waller County Courthouse project.

The new courthouse is an updated version of the original 19th century court building that was torn down in the 1950s. The building is a 4-story structure totalling nearly 60,000 SF and will have a steel structure clad in natural stone with a mixture of zinc flatlock and TPO roofing. Work includes all building and sitework, as well as abatement and demolition of the existing courthouse.

There are eleven (11) ALTERNATES defined on sheet TOC1 and Specification 00 43 23 - Alternates Form. Most alternates include specific drawings illustrating the alternate as well. All bidders must include proposals for alternates as applicable to their work.
