Waller County Court at Law Number Two
has the general jurisdiction of a Texas District Court AND a Texas County Court at Law.
The Local Board of Judges has assigned primary responsibility for the following cases to this court:
Most civil lawsuits previously handled by the 506th Judicial District Court except for tax cases and suits involving title to real estate.
All civil lawsuits previously handled by the Waller County Court at Law (now Waller County Court at Law Number One).
All family law cases ending in an even cause number except for cases filed by the Department of Family and Protective Services.
All cases filed under the Texas Estates Code (probate, guardianship, etc.).
